This is the first release of Leisure Suit Larry 1. Included with this release was a Lefty's Cocktail Napkin (shown to the right). Again I am unsure if this was packaged with every game produced because it can be hard to come by. More than likely it was and people either used it or simply threw it away.
Note: The little red spots all over the cover are supposed to be there. At first I thought it was maybe age but every other copy I have seen, including a brand new one, had them.
