This is the first release of Wizard and the Princess for the Apple //. It came in a yellow card stock 6 1/2" x 7 1/2" folder with installation and play instructions in the interior. If you will notice this particular version has a white label on the disk. I have seen this type of label on one other Mystery House disk but that is it, if anyone has any information about the white label disks please let me know.
