I believe this is the first release of Mystery House. It is a single 6 1/2"x 7 1/2" blue sheet of card stock paper with printing on the front only. It was released with the disk in a zip lock baggie. The disk has a gold label and the sleeve is white (blue in later releases). The debate of what was the very first release of Mystery House still continues. If anyone knows anything about this release or thinks that I have dated it incorrectly please feel free to contribute your thoughts.
