Hello Everybody! Yet another game! Return to Krondor 2CD developed by PyroTechnix, Inc. and produced by Sierra On-Line in 1998. This is the full CD version in BIN+CUE CD Image form and compressed with WinRAR. Use Nero Burning ROM or Alcohol 120% or any other CD burning application designed to burn BIN+CUE CD Images. You can also use a virtual drive to mount this CD image such as Daemon Tools.
*Note* New Links By Eco! Thanks Eco!

The files were removed due to TOS violation. I guess you need a better, more discreet host.
I actually bought this game twice, when I think it was CD 1 shattered in the drive...these days we know those 56x drives were bad mojo, but those days we wanted to squeeze every last x out. Transfer rates of optical drives still suck badly. But any way
I don't have those discs with me, I wanted to play again, TOS violation, begin brain melt... |

Sorry about the links going down. If I would have stuck with Megaupload instead of taking SOMEONE's advice about using Mediafire, the links would still be working. Anywho, I've lost every game I own, HDD and CD backups, so I can't re-upload it.

-cablenut8286 | I'm sorry to nitpick on the second sentence, but all file sharing sites do that periodically, yes even megashares. _________________

So then tell me, why are all the games I uploaded to Megaupload still up? Including the dial up links to Goblins 3 that were posted over a year ago...

What happened to your library?
There are always file hosts around. Every day they are more common and have better TOS. I heard of one that was good, reported "despite the provocative name, they almost NEVER delete anything"
...including things you would expect to be deleted.
Thanks any way. |

Obviously I'm kidding. _________________

They weren't reported, at least not from this forum. If they were, then none of the Mediafire links would work as well as the Megaupload links. It must have been either leechers who stole the links and posted them elsewhere or high traffic suspicion.

Eco,
On behalf of myself and the rest of community here I Thank You! Nice find! I appreciate it much. If you want, I can edit my post and put your links there and give you credit for posting it? Thanks again!

PS - The file names and the amount of archives for each disc actually look identical to the ones I uploaded originally! |

Be my guest, but unfortunately without a pay account, RapidShare puts a four hour delay between downloads, so it takes about a week to get it all
I just may circulate as a torrent later, I've never done that though
I would not at all be surprised if these files originated with you. What goes around, comes around |

Well ya see, the whole switch to Mediafire (which resulted in the loss of my original upload) was due to the fact that some people didn't want to wait between downloading parts. Which I was totally OK with. Mediafire was actually easier to upload because I could set 10 files at once to upload and walk away as with Megaupload I would have to upload one file at a time.
The only thing that bugs me is that I used Mediafire for most of the multiple CD games. Hopefully, I can get these games again and continue to upload them. But I need to find a new alternative so that they don't get deleted.
I was thinking about a password protected FTP that I can closely monitor. If a person wants a specific game, they can send me a PM, and I can set them up with a username and password that they can use to access that game only. Once they are done, their username and password will become inactive until they choose to download a different game.
But it's going to take me some time to get it all up and running because of the fact that I have lost everything. It sucks, but I have some pretty reliable sources that I can use to get *most* of them back. The loss of Urban Runner is really bumming me out because it took me about a month to fully get that, and the source is no longer available. I know it may not be a great game, but I spent a lot of time downloading it so I could share it with everyone.
I'm gonna go through all of my old links and salvage what still works. Most of my 1 CD games should still be working so I'm going to start downloading those again ASAP. Thanks again Eco.

Sounds like a good idea (the FTP one). Let us know how things turn out. |
